First, we help make sure the mobile carriers will approve you to send text messages. To do that, a member of our team will vet your business to make sure you meet all the carrier requirements.
- You will need to provide your business’ EIN to associate your business with your phone number.
- We’ll ask how your business receives valid opt-in from leads and customers in compliance with TCPA laws.
- We’ll confirm that your business isn’t part of the carriers’ prohibited industries.

Once you meet with a team member, your business information gets submitted to the carriers. Then you’ll get access to Skipio to start setting up your account.

After the carriers review your business’ information and SMS use case and approve it, we will notify you that you can now select your phone number and send text messages.
